The Village at Squaw Valley
How to promote condo ownership opportunities at a ski resort village...when you have little to show except a scale model. That was the dilemma faced by Intrawest Corporation. They chose to mail out a Pop Up Direct Mail card that was created essentially as a mini-model of their village and mountain, complete with beautifully designed buildings, the gondola, a Starbucks, happy skiers and local wildlife.
